India pics

Check out the pics from Dehli. A couple of thoughts ... the traffic is every bit as crazy as you hear. Actually, crazier. Also note the differences between the very nice buildings (not the norm) and the areas that do not seem so nice (more the norm).

I noticed there were no cows in your pictures!? Are there a lot in India? I always thought there were because of their religious status, or maybe im thinking of the wrong country. Anyways, have fun and be safe!

Wow -- the contrast between the poverty and the opulence is really stark. Must be eye-opening to see it up close. You'll have to tell us all about it when you get back...

Scary to think a lot of help desks come from India and their powerlines look like that!

Everything looks so dirty. How are the people?

At least their traffic isn't as bad as the gas lines here right now.

We aren't having much traffic here. No one has gas. Though almost everyone made it to class. The amazing luring power of the test.

Your wife is nice, but we can barely see her over the very tall vase of flowers.

Will you be starting a canvas covered tricycle scooter business when you get back? There isn't any gasoline around here anymore.

Do you know if those 3-wheeled golf cart things are gas or electric? It looks like the ride would be kind of scary with all the traffic there.

That traffic looks a lot like the fuel-Apocalypse we are having right now. Where can I get me one of those little three wheeled deals? Bet they get good mileage. The only downside is I think someone in a Silverado in Leicester would run over me for sport (if they had any gas that is). Enjoy some good Indian food, but beware the "New Delhi Belly."

Cool pictures. It's sorta like I would have imagined. Hope your system is adjusting okay to the food! We have no gas in Asheville!
